What does the photo booth look like?
Our booth is mostly black with a gray door. It is very easy on the eye.

How big is the photo booth?

The photo booth is approximately 5’x 5’ x 8’ tall.

Are there limitations as to where the photo booth can be set-up?
Ideally it should be a few feet from a power outlet. Before each event we will go over the set-up location with you and the event venue planner to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

How many people can fit inside the photo booth?
It can fit up to 10 adults.
How much time is needed to set up the photo booth?
45 minutes minimum. If there are any special requirements or unusual situations we may need a little more time.

Do you charge extra to setup & deliver the photo booth?
No. Set-up & delivery is included in the price. As long as the event is within our service area the delivery of the photo booth is included in the package price.

Is the photo booth wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The Photo Booth Specialist will guide the guest through this.

About the Photos

What print options do I have?
The traditional photo strip. (Four pictures in a row)
Note: postcard printouts or other options can be accommodated.

How fast do the photos print out?
After a session is over the photo strip is printed immediately, typically within 13 seconds.

Are the photo sessions unlimited?
Yes. Please keep in mind, if the photo booth is completely occupied during one whole hour (very likely), you will get approximately 40 sessions during that hour. This is including the time that it takes for your guests to enter the booth, take their photos and exit the booth. So if your event is 4 hours long you can expect roughly 160 prints.

Can we personalize the prints?
Yes. You have the option of adding text to the prints (such as your event name). You may also add a logo or message or both. We will go over this with you before the event and have you proof them before so.

Before the Event

How long should I rent the photo booth for?
In a typical hour the photo booth will be used for 40 sessions. So if you want around 160 prints you should rent it for 4 hours. It also depends on how long your event is and how many people are attending. To ensure that everyone gets a chance to use it you should count on for every 100 guests that you will need at least two hours. In most cases our clients rent the photo booth for the duration of the event and that way guests can visit the booth multiple times. We can go over this with you in more detail prior to your event.

Can we have the photo booth shut down for an hour or two during the event?
Yes. We charge $50 per hour of idle time to cover for the Photo Booth Specialist’s time. The maximum amount of idle time acceptable is two hours, can be non consecutive.

Can we choose to have both Black & White and Color Photos?
Yes. This is selectable by your guest, at the beginning of each photo session, upon entering the photo booth.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. Periodically we will offer promotions so keep checking our web-site for announcements concerning any promotions. Also, I will consider discounts for multiple referrals.

What exactly is the memory book?
The guest of honor will receive a memory book at the end of the event. Approximately 3-4 photos and 3-4 messages will fill the front and back of each page. So a 15 page memory book will provide for roughly 120 photos and messages. We will assist each guest. We do suggest having a small table near the booth for the display. If you cannot provide one please let us know in advance so we can provide an alternative.

What color are the memory book pages?
The memory books are black, with black pages, signed in silver or white.

How far in advance can I reserve a photo booth?
We suggest booking your date as soon as possible, its never too early, dates fill fast.

Do you have insurance in case something happens?
Yes. Event venues may ask you or us about this. We are fully insured.
